HOW MUCH IS YOUR LONG-TERM STAYS?

$675 Monthly LOT rent, includes wi-fi, trash, water, electric and sewer (based on site availability)

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Yes. A maximium of 2 pets: dog or cat under 40 pounds are allowed. YOU MUST KEEP DOGS ON LEASHES AND PICKUP ALL PET WASTE. A $25 FINE WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL PET OWNERS IF PET WASTE IS FOUND ON THE GROUNDS.

IS AN OLDER CAMPER ALLOWED AND WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

Campers Year 2000 or more recent, in good condition, are allowed. You must provide Liability Insurance.

DO YOU OFFER CAMPERS FOR RENT?

Campers are rented when available. If there is a pet, an additional $250 Pet Deposit is required when signing the Lease. There is also a $50 per month pet fee; in addition to the monthly rent.

HOW MANY DAYS ARE INCLUDED FOR RACE WEEK OR EVENT WEEKENDS?

We block out 7 days for all events. Which means you can arrive Monday the week of the event and leave the following Monday . The price remains the same regardless of the number of days you stay within that block week, but welcome you to enjoy all 7 days.
